About The Artwork
The picture is inspired by an everyday situation. In the evening we sat on a bench on the balcony, I had the cat on my lap, my husband made a cozy footbath. I also wanted to develop the style of my woodcuts a little further and have come to a result that I am happy with. Woodcut on very thick laid paper. The dimensions of the sheet are 65cm x 50cm. Oil ink in sepia brown.
