This teak wood relief carving was inspired by the island of Bali. When I first came to this incredible place I was unable to stop drawing this piece. Later on that year I collaborated with a local wood carver to produce this one of a kind piece.

My artwork draws it’s inspiration from the trinity of grace, divine beauty & intense precision. As we ride on the edge of time, our world is ever expanding with a spectrum of blinding realities. Just like the light and darkness, breathtaking beauty and serendipity, are forced to share this space, intertwined with their polar opposites. I believe that it is in the darkest places that we need light the most and so I manifest my art in pursuit of that goal. I come from a family of artists and film-sets were my playgrounds (literally). Although cinematography was my parents’ passion, I was more interested in drawing and in music. As my abilities grew, I became a big fan of Art Nouveau and inevitably it has had a lot of influence on my work. Surrealism, Graphic Novels & Visionary Art also played their parts. I believe that as an artist I am a tool of manifestation, receiving creative visionary downloads which I endeavour bring into this reality. As a result, I find it difficult to take full credit for my creations and I remain deeply grateful to this fountain of inspiration. I hope that this work will bring peace, light and harmony to the hearts of those it touches. Enjoy!
