This work of art belongs to the « More pills, please series » that display pills on different recycled parts. Here a bin cover. Lucan plays on the irony between the subject and the object on which it is painted on. As usual with the artist the piece uses bright colors and volume.

Artist Lucan chose his name in reference to the imfamous police investigation which involved Richard John Bingham, 7th Earl of Lucan (Lord Lucan) who disappeared on November 7, 1974 following the (still unsolved) murder of his children's nanny, Sandra Rivett. Lucan's art is akin to graffiti but his approach is more complete and elaborate. Lucan prefers to work on ready-made supports rather than on traditional supports. Objects are most often collected from public dumps (car doors, etc...) which are then reworked in the tradition of pointillism borrowed from the neo-impressionist movement.
