Contact us.Egbune Harold Cheche is a painter, illustrator, cartoonist and animator . Born on November 8, 1961. His passion for art and stint span across decades in several media houses like The Guardian, Express and the Punch.His BARK & BITE cartoon ran in the Punch from 1997 to 2009. He is the coordinator of the coalition of Mass Media Illustrators/Cartoonists (COMMIC).His works have been showcased at several fora including the Auchi Alumni Art exhibition, national Museum onikan.1989;.Lagos state contemporary cartoon show (National Arts Theatre, Lagos.(2001). Compilation and publication of artworks adressing women's health and reproductive rights,sponsored by the John D and Catherine T MacArthur foundation Fund for Leadership Development, Chicago; CARTAN exhibition @ Alausa, Lagos, 2002.. Publication of my Martin Luther king (jnr) illustration in ROOT magazine, USA 2012.. His creation are inspired by a heightened instinctiveness to his traditional environment without compromising the influence of technological evolvement.His work is a testament to the fact that creativity thrives in chaos. Egbune Harold Cheche is happily married and lives in Houston.
