"Under the Veil of Rain" Fine Art Print

My name is Olena Rintala. I am an interior designer and the founder of Design Studio Cocktail in Switzerland.

My work exists at the intersection of interior design, sculptural texture, and collectible art objects for interiors. I create interior bas-reliefs, textured wall sculptures, and lighting collections in which form, surface, and light become part of one unified spatial composition.

At the core of my work lies many years of experience in interior design, a deep sensitivity to atmosphere, and my own signature techniques of working with relief textures. In my lighting collections, I use a technique I developed myself for integrating natural elements — leaves and botanical forms — directly into the body of the lamps. As a result, the surface becomes not merely decorative, but alive, tactile, and deeply connected to natural motifs.

Part of my lighting collection is currently represented in Verona at Martini Interiors Gallery. My works are also being exhibited in Zurich at INTWINE Gallery as part of the exhibition “Cocktail Design: A Cocktail of Form & Light”, running from March 25 to June 30, 2026.

For me, an interior art object is not simply decoration, but an element that transforms the perception of space. My bas-reliefs and lamps are created for interiors where beauty and function are equally important as character, texture, light, and emotional presence.
