Happily married for almost 40 years and proud father of two wonderful daughters. As a Co-CEO of a global US company, I have the opportunity to travel to many great places around the world – and my wife is able to accompany me thanks to the flexibility her university teaching job offers her. So, I have nothing to complain about – on the contrary, life is good to me and I try to be good to life and to the people around me. Because of my job, my life and travels may be a bit hectic at times, but quite often (especially when visiting new places), I take my camera with me. Finding some time off to make pictures (in the evening or early morning – although I’m not a morning person) is for me a perfect antidote to stress – it’s my way of unwinding. I’m a man without much patience, except when making pictures. With a camera in my hand I can take all my time and wait for “The Decisive Moment” (credit to Cartier-Bresson ?).
