In painting as well as in photography, I am fascinated by the development of the changing and transitory world. While in my painting I intuitively reproduce what moves me emotionally, in photography I try to capture elusive moments with the help of the camera.
Actual I try to connect digitally my photography with my oil paintings.Whaz I mean the viewer can see in my new works, "Silence". Past meets Future in the present:
You can look through an old, damaged window (sad colors) and descover the scenery of an optimistically landscape, full of warm colors, full of life.

Short Biography and Education
1950 Born in Timisoara, Romania.
1961-1966 High School for fine Arts, since 1966 in Germany.
1972-1974 Graphic Design at the "Staatliche Kunstakademie Düsseldorf".
1974-1980 Architecture at the "RWTH Aachen", graduation „Diplom Ingenieur“.
Married, two children. Work as architect in various offices. Publication of photo calendars.

Since 1999 my creative activities are focussed upon painting in oil on canvas and digital photography.
