     I’m Renette "Ren" Wilson, a lifetime mixed-media artist, artreprenuer, and former early childhoold and art educator. As a visual artist, I draw inspiration from personal deep, subconscious emotions and thoughts that defy written expression. For over a decade, Abstract art has been my focus as it liberates me from representational constraints and allows more creativity. 

     My artistic process combines traditional methods with artistic-discovery, self-expression and new-media techniques. I enjoy creative solutions, new artistic experience and knowledge gained from art making processes.

So, what is SplashArt?     

   In 2015, I developed a painting process called "SplashArt" abstract art.
