EXHIBITIONS
Iranian-British artist, poet and writer, born in Rasht in 1975, living and working in Ealing, London. Digital painting, archival print and works on paper (pencil, coloured pencil, pastel, acrylic, collage and red electrical tape). A lifelong drawing practice, for many years not exhibited, and a continuous studio practice since 2020, alongside three decades of work in journalism, criticism and editing. My work brings together image and disrupted Persian script to approach what cannot be shown directly: censorship, protest, loss and testimony.
