Vanessa’s photography centers on the everyday life, the things that she loves or attract her attention.

She's been fortunate to get Arts council funding to work on documenting the 1984 miners strike to look at the women's involvement in the strike.

Vanessa works predominantly in digital photography and audio recordings. Producing hand printed photo Gravures. Each print is carefully handprinted and each one a varied edition.

Vanessa spent two years studying photography before working as an assistant photographer.
After a short course in printmaking Vanesa has be learning and improving her her skills in her studio in East London.
