Salvador Salazar

I paint because I can’t not. Because something inside commands me - a frequency, a child, a ghost.
I paint with my left hand so I can forget how to control it. I destroy neatness on purpose. I want to see what happens when precision fails, when the human leaks through.

My art is about error as divinity, fear as play, and fragility as power.
I don’t chase perfection - I mutilate it. I want the piece to feel alive, unsteady, trembling with the raw noise of being.

I paint like someone trying to remember a dream. Each color is a wound. Each shape - a failed attempt at order.
My materials are poor. My compositions, trashy. My intention, pure.

The work exists between humor and darkness - between the adult who knows and the child who feels. It is surreal, spiritual, and slightly broken.
It’s not about making sense. It’s about surviving it.

Educated in Design and Illustration, yet self-taught in the language of Fine Arts — a path shaped by intuition rather than institution.
