Samantha Malone

Samantha Malone is an Australian/Israeli artist based in Tel Aviv. Her abstract paintings are driven by a love of structure, color, and the way shapes interact on the canvas. Influenced by geometric abstraction and cubism, her work explores the balance between order and spontaneity, where carefully built forms meet more intuitive, expressive marks.

She works primarily with acrylic paint, layering color, pattern, and line using mixed media. Shapes are built up, broken apart, and reworked, with areas scraped back to reveal earlier layers beneath. This process gives the work its depth and energy, encouraging viewers to slow down and spend time with the surface. The finished paintings feel playful yet considered, combining bold color, organic movement, and a strong sense of rhythm.

Samantha has exhibited internationally, including participation in the prestigious 2023 London Art Biennale. Her works can be found in private collections across Europe, the UK, the USA, Asia, Canada, Australia, the UAE and Israel.
