Sarah Andrijcich

Sarah Andrijcich is an Australian photographer whose work explores the relationship between body, landscape, and atmosphere.

Working primarily with 35mm film, her images are shaped by an intuitive, observational approach — attentive to shifting weather, changing light, and the quiet poetry of the natural world. Many of her photographs emerge through travel and long-form personal projects, where landscape, movement, and human presence meet in subtle and atmospheric ways.

Her visual language is informed by an early immersion in analogue photography, alongside a background in visual storytelling and creative direction developed within the fashion industry. Over time, her practice has evolved toward slower, more contemplative forms of image-making, reflecting an ongoing interest in mythology, landscape, and the symbolic ways humans relate to place.

She is also a yoga and meditation teacher, and this contemplative grounding continues to inform the rhythm and sensitivity of her photographic process.

Currently based in Sydney, Australia, her work moves between portraiture, landscape, and abstract photographic studies drawn from her personal series.
