Sarah Trett

Born in Essex, UK. I started my creative career as an illustrator working for Harpercollins and Reader's Digest and then moved into more consistent work as a graphic designer. However in 2010 after a decision to move our new family to Australia. I returned back to my passion to illustrate and paint. I have a particular love of plants and their structure and I am lucky to now have Australian plants and animals as well as a son and daughter as a great source of inspiration for my work.

It has been important to me to maintain my design and art skills despite being a full time mum. I'm enjoying more than ever having some of my artistic freedom back after working many years for various graphic design studios. But I do miss the challenge of working for a clients, so

I was formally trained in Visual Communications (illustration) at Lancaster University.

Showed and sold my work at various venues in and around London and Essex UK including Central Hall in Westminster and in Victoria, Australia
