Drawing has always been my way of communication and my refuge, but my real approach to the art world has been at the Art School in Busto Arsizio (Varese). After a brief period at the Politecnico (Faculty of Architecture), I decided to continue my studies at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan where I attended the Course of Stage Design. I worked for a space of time as a website-designer. Curiosity and the wish to know more brought me to attend the Course of Stage Photography at the I.E.D (European Institute of Design) and more recently to attend a two years course in Garden Design at the Civic School Arte & Messaggio in Milan, thus giving form to my interest for Garden History and Art.
When I have the chance I explore the landscape and historical gardens with a predilection for the English gardens.
Everything is inspiration for my painting: the marvels of nature, the intricacies of the human mind, the emotional spectrum music can provide, art and beauty, but also ugliness and suffering. All of this nurture my art in the endless research to portray the intimate and unconscious landscapes of the mind.
I lives and works in Buscate, in the milanese province.
