Barney Sipos

My name is Barnabas Sipos. I was born in Somogy county, Hungary.

Despite I used to draw and paint since I was a child, I haven't got the chance to participate in a formal art education.
I call myself a painter. I've spent my young adulthood training myself to become an artist that i always wanted to be, and acquired the skills to paint pictures i can communicate through with. My painting style- and it's subject is still changing and I am always looking for new inspirations in different branches of fine- and applied arts. So, as you can see on my artworks, i am trying to pair the realist figurative art with the non-figurative, ~ gesture based abstract art. In my daytime job i am working as an art instructor.
