Seiji Yamauchi

Seiji Yamauchi was born in Shizuoka, Japan. He began receiving art awards from the age of four. He studied a diploma in Visual Art from the Tropical North Queensland Institute of TAFE Australia in 2005. His artwork has been exhibited in Shizuoka and Tokyo, Japan; Cairns, Australia; San Francisco and New York, USA; Madrid, Spain. He also performs live action painting with music in Japan, Australia, Korea, Poland and Spain.

As an art producer, Seiji has led over 40 large-scale art projects with students in public schools across Japan. He was on the worldwide TV audition program "Australia’s Got Talent," where he painted a running horse on a 180 cm x 120 cm canvas using both hands in two minutes during a live performance in Brisbane, Australia, in 2013.

**Photography**
Seiji has been a photographer since 1994, capturing images in Southeast Asia, India, the Maldives, Paris, and during a 15,000 km journey from China to London by train and ship in 2001. His photographs have been exhibited in Australia and Japan.
