Serge Horta is a documentary photographer dedicated to capturing the ever-changing environments of Asia's megacities and the everyday stories within their dense urban fabrics. With a background in architecture, he focuses on capturing the raw essence of rapidly transforming landscapes where change is a constant. His work explores how diverse cultures live, adapt, and shape their built surroundings, from towering skyscrapers to sprawling slums.
Over the past two decades, his extensive portfolio has documented the relentless metamorphosis of cities he has lived in or simply passed through, revealing moments of tranquility amid the urban chaos. Having photographed in over 100 countries, his images tell compelling human stories rooted in the cultural shifts within these vibrant metropolises. His work is held in several private collections around the world, from the United States to Australia.
