Sergei Minin

I work in a realism style. I've graduated from Art institute, where I was taught realism. After that I graduated from university where I also studied realistic writing.
Therefore I am very fond of a realism.
For many years I have been working in this manner but with different techniques
I really like watercolour, oil and acrylic.
I create landscape, still lives, portraits, animalistic, icons and I've been doing reconstruction of icons for more than 40 years.

1974 - Kirov High School of Arts, Russia.
1980 - Moscow Textiles Institute, Applied Arts faculty

2006-2007 - Curator of exhibitions of Christian Arts held together with the Union of Churches in Estonia and the Metropolitan of Estonia, Tallinn.
1984-1988 - Holding a number of exhibitions of African-theme paintings at: Institute of Africa of the Academy of Sciences in Moscow, Russia.
1984-1989 - Participant and curator of exhibitions of Russian arts in African countries - Zambia, Zimbabwe, Angola.
