Shan Re

Shan Re is a contemporary Indian artist and a master of abstraction with thought provoking, mysterious layers and complex textures. Shan explores unknown and unseen dimensions invoking the healing power of color.

For her, the creative process is a spiritual experience. Her
captivating rich abstracts are effortless and meditative in nature.

Spontaneity is a key factor that leads her creative vision. Shan works in various media such as painting, sculpture, installation and
poetry.

Her works find pride of place at The St. Regis and JW Marriot hotels in India, the permanent collection of the Maharajah of Mysore and
Cochin International Airport.

She has exhibited internationally in the USA, Asia and Europe. Her work is held in private art collections in London, Singapore, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Amsterdam, Nice, Bolzano, Tokyo and Oslo.

Shan redefined her creative potential with a fashion partnership.
She collaborated with a sustainable luxury fashion brand,  to create two collections of single edition bags with her signature artwork which were show cased at the New York Fashion week.

Shan also organises art and wellness workshops to create awareness about the importance of mental health and psychological immunity.
