Natalia Shaykina

I am Natalia, a professional oil painter working in the tradition of classical realism. I am drawn to the quiet beauty of natural forms, the structure of flowers and landscapes, and the way light gives them presence, atmosphere, and emotional depth.

My work is inspired by Dutch still life painting and by close observation of nature. I use layered oil technique to create richness of tone, depth, and subtle transitions of color. In my still lifes, flowers, fruit, and botanical elements are painted as living forms with their own rhythm, texture, and character.

Landscape painting is equally important to me. I am especially interested in mist, early sunlight, soft distance, and the calm silence of the countryside. Through these subjects, I aim to create paintings that bring stillness, balance, and lasting beauty into a space.

Each painting is created by hand with close attention to composition, color, and lasting quality. My works are held in private collections worldwide and are collected by those who value craftsmanship, realism, and the timeless presence of original oil painting.
