Shiva Tayebi

I am an Iranian-Qashqai artist based in Vienna, Austria. I was born and raised in Iran, where my passion for painting began in my childhood and has accompanied me ever since. I work with various techniques, including watercolor, oil, acrylic, and traditional Persian miniature painting.

Over the years, my artistic journey has been shaped by participating in numerous international exhibitions and festivals. I was selected for the first Iranian Watercolor Symposium (Shiraz, 2018), the Sonia Monte Group Exhibition in Paris (2020), and the World Watercolor Biennale in Poland (2020). My works have also been shown in the Azerbaijan International Watercolor Festival (2020), the Kosovo International Biennale (2020), the Ukraine International Festival (2020), the Singapore International Festival (2021), the Albi France World Watercolour Festival (2020), and the Jiwi International Watercolour Exhibition in Japan (2020, online).
In Poland's "Step by Step" competition (2021), my work was selected at every stage, and I received a special award with my biography published in the Golden Book of Poland's Step by Step. I also participated in the 2024 Step by Step Festival.
