Elena Shvedova
Mixed Media Artist | Prize-winner of ArtWeek 2025
Elena Shvedova is an Israel-based artist and professional chemist-biologist who bridges the gap between science and fine art.
Since 1995, her deep understanding of material properties has allowed her to master the most complex mixed-media techniques, creating high-end interior artworks that are as structurally sound as they are visually stunning.
Elena’s signature style, under the brand shvedova_elena.art, is characterized by a "jewelry-like" approach to canvas.
She masterfully incorporates natural stones (such as quartz, citrine, and amethyst), mirrors, gold leaf, UV-resistant epoxy resin and 3D texture paste.
Her background in chemistry ensures the longevity and stability of these sophisticated materials, making each piece a lasting investment.
In 2025, her work "Evening in Paris" was awarded 3rd place in the Abstraction category at the ArtWeek International Exhibition.
Her art is designed for luxury interiors, where the interplay of light, reflection, and raw natural minerals creates a living, breathing atmosphere.
