Silvia Schuergers

I have been painting for as long as I can remember. Over time, art became my primary form of expression, and I have developed a distinct style. Influenced by the rich art traditions of both Eastern and Western Europe, as well as masters such as Chagall, Sargent, Klimt, and Sorolla, I have merged these diverse trends into a unique visual language. Each piece invites viewers to explore depth, color, and narrative simultaneously, capturing moments of atmosphere, emotion, and human experience in a way that is both personal and universal.

I started with an art school in Eastern Europe, where I developed a strong foundation in classical techniques. I then completed apprenticeships in the ateliers of several established artists, gaining hands-on experience and refining my style. Later, I attended an art school in Cologne, Germany, focusing mainly on drawing, to study Western approaches and expand my understanding of European art trends. These experiences allowed me to merge Eastern and Western influences into my own unique visual language.

I have participated in several art exhibitions in Koblenz, Andernach, Cologne, Florence, and Venice. The highlight of my exhibition history was my most recent solo exhibition in Cologne in July 2025, which showcased a curated selection of my works and marked an important milestone in my artistic journey.
