Skye Avalon

I am an artist that uses elements of performance art to visually communicate universal and spiritual metaphors to answer the question “Who is the goddess?” I believe the goddess is sacred. My purpose is to share my visions of her through my paintings and performance art. I use the female body as a symbol of the goddess often associated with divine beauty, power and love. My goddess theme is conveyed through the realistic use of the figure, chiaroscuro, and a limited palette of colors. I am also a Shibari performance artist and sacred contract consultant whose own practice is symbolic of my own transformation from self-dissolution to empowerment.
