Lives and works in Brisbane, Australia. Creates paintings, mixed media pieces, assemblages, and small sculptural dioramas. Experiments with abstraction, representation and symbolism. Investigates themes that include Abstraction, Representation and Meaning; Reality and Allusion; and, Presence and Absence; and the Human Condition in general. Media used: mostly acrylics, or acrylics and mixed media. Employment has included working as a tutor and mentor at Griffith University in Brisbane, and as a painting tutor at the Brisbane Institute of Art.
