Soner Goksay

Soner Göksay (b. 1961, İzmir) is a Turkish painter and art educator. He graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting, and completed specialized training in painting restoration and conservation at the same institution. He is among the eight certified restorers officially approved by the Academy.
Between 2000 and 2001, Göksay worked as an art therapist in collaboration with psychiatrists at the Erasmus Studio of Mental Health, contributing to healing processes through artistic practice. He later founded the 4th Dimension art group in Bodrum, bringing together artists and students from different disciplines to explore fundamental art principles, techniques, and art history. His involvement with the Bodrum art community continues actively.
The artist also established ATÖLYE & Atölye Art Studio, where he provides education in fine arts academy preparation, art therapy, and specialized painting techniques. Since 1985, he has held numerous solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions. His works are included in private and institutional collections in Turkey and abroad.

İstanbul M.S.Ü Fine Arts / Painting Master Degree

I have held numerous solo exhibitions. As a principle, I have never participated in juried or competitive exhibitions. I exhibited at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. My works are included in many private and institutional collections both in Turkey and internationally. I am currently represented by a gallery in Istanbul.
