Stanislav Shnaider

I am an artist and photographer based in Germany. My creative practice began with painting and gradually moved toward photography, while retaining a strong interest in composition, colour, rhythm and visual balance.

In my work, I combine a painterly approach to composition with the immediacy of photography. I focus on landscapes, architecture and fleeting visual moments shaped by light, space and atmosphere. Rather than simply documenting a place, I aim to capture a particular state or impression — a moment that cannot be repeated in exactly the same way.

Both professional digital cameras and mobile photography are part of my practice. The choice of medium depends on the image and the moment rather than on technical convention.

My works are held in private collections and presented to an international audience through contemporary art and photography platforms.
