Suzi Fadel Nassif

Suzi Fadel Nassif is a self-taught artist and is based between her native Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates, where she has lived for over two decades.

From a young age, Suzi developed a keen eye for minute details, colours and texture. Utilising oils and acrylics to explore cultural diversity, existence and emotions, Suzi merges the old and the new to revive the idiosyncrasies of legends such as Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Frida Kahlo and Andy Warhol. Fascinated by tales, she captures various gazes that she infuses with a surrealist twist.

Since beginning her professional painting career in 2014, Suzi went on to exhibit her work around the world at notable art events and exhibitions in France, Russia, Japan, Italy, England, USA, Lebanon, Portugal and the UAE. She is the recipient of the 2015 Vera Award (Lisbon), the 2015 Unicef Award (Palermo), the 2015 Leonardo Da Vinci Award (Florence), the 2016 Casanova Arts Lover Award (Venice) and the 2017 Certificate of Excellence, Palm Award (Munich).

In March 2019, Suzi merged fashion and art by launching a series of kaftans, T-shirts, pillowcases and pouches based on a series of existing paintings.
