She is an artist weaving threads of Eastern and Western art cultures into contemporary brushes from her studio in Canada.


Her journey began amidst the vibrant streets of Seoul, where she studied Industrial design and Paris welcomed her into its artistic embrace, igniting a passion for Graphic design that transcended borders. Later, she was back in Seoul, and honed the delicate strokes of calligraphy, finding solace in the dance of ink on paper.
Driven by an insatiable curiosity and a thirst for self-expression, She embarked on a journey of self-discovery, guided by the canvas and the brush. As a self-taught artist, She has found freedom in exploration, embracing the beauty of imperfection and the power of intuition.
Taei Kim’s art reflects her belief in the universal language of beauty and healing. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, the depths of spirituality, and the complexities of the human soul, she seeks to create spaces of tranquility and contemplation, inviting viewers to journey inward.
Influenced by the masters of both Eastern and Western art history, she draws upon a rich tapestry of traditions and techniques, weaving together elements of realism and semi-abstraction with imagination to create harmonious compositions ...
