Tamar Abuashvili

Each of my paintings tells a story — not through words, but through layers of color, texture, and feeling. I don’t try to copy reality. Instead, I work to express what lies beneath it: emotion, memory, energy.

My art is created with oil paints using a slow, layered technique called glazing. This allows light and depth to build over time, giving each work a quiet intensity. The themes I explore often come from real experiences, but they remain open — inviting each viewer to feel something personal.

These are not just images — they are living surfaces, charged with emotion, made to be felt, not just seen.
