THE MAIN THEMATIC MOVEMENTS :
1976–1985 Paintings in the style of CRITICAL REALISM.
1986–1989 Tartakovski laid the groundwork for Ukrainian SOCIAL ART movement.
Paintings: "The Court", "Pedestrians", " Once, on early silent morning...",
"Destruction of the idea".
1989–1992 Series of paintings "VISION" – conceived and incarnated in his paintings a new
Christian idea: "Prevention of the Second Crucifixion".
Since 1990 Hes been creating a new movement - EGOCENTRIC PAINTING: "Triple self-portrait
in red shorts," I decided to have some rest", "I read my favorite book”.
1997–2006 „ IDEA of the MEDITERRANEAN SPIRIT ” – a series of landscapes painted on coasts of countries of the Mediterranean Sea, Adriatic Sea, Aegean Sea, and Black Sea, as an artistic assertion of the idea of common cultural, mythological, economic past and future of these countries.

Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kiev.
