I have been a creator for as long as I can recall, picking up my first brush at the age of six and never truly putting it down. My journey as an artist is driven by a deep curiosity and a love for experimentation. While my roots are in the delicate flow of watercolors and the bold energy of acrylics, I am equally at home with the precision of ink and pencil drawing.

For me, art is about exploring different ways to see the world. This passion extends beyond the canvas into photography and the tactile, cozy world of rug tufting. I believe that every medium offers a new language to tell a story, and I am always seeking out new techniques to keep my work fresh and evolving.

Whether it is a soulful wildlife portrait or a textured textile piece, my goal is to create art that captures the imagination and brings a unique, handmade touch to your home.

While I have explored formal art courses, I found that the rigid structure of traditional classrooms often interrupted my natural creative flow. I am primarily a self-taught artist, a path that has allowed me to remain intuitive and experimental with every piece I create.

My greatest education, however, came from home. I grew up under the influence and guidance of my mother, artist Claire Janson. Her mentorship provided me with a foundation of technique and a deep respect for the creative process, while still giving me the freedom to develop my own distinct voice and style. This blend of family heritage and independent discovery is what fuels my passion for trying new mediums and pushing the boundaries of my work.

I am now transitioning into the digital gallery space to share my unique perspective with a wider audience of collectors who value authentic, soul-driven wildlife and contemporary art as well as fantasy style custom pieces that are memorable and thought evoking.
