While interacting with colour, depth, contrast and energy, revelations unfold.Influences are ever changing, hummingbirds, Southeast Asia travels, cultural influences, religions, California, technology, lighting, conversations and the spontaneity of nature. My endless curiosity weaves throughout. Colour elevates while propel me to reveal intuition. Connecting with my paintings can be like an energetic meditation that inspires and relaxes. Capturing light, energy and essence creating a lively dance throughout.

My education began as a child with influences from my mother and artists around us, who created mostly landscapes in oil. She was taught by the nuns in Quebec. While working in a Design and Photography studio in Vancouver, I decided to dive in and study design full time and started at Emily Carr College of Art & Design. I continued my studies full time at George Brown College in Toronto, and was drawn to Advertising all the while holding onto fine art as my base. After graduating I continued studying at OCAD while illustrating and conceptualizing in Advertising. Eventually I moved into Film and Television, Art Directing. Other studies included Humber College and UofT.
