Adam Vriens

I am a commissioned airbrush artist in Salt Lake City Utah. With over 20 years of professional art experience I have worked with clients to achieve their vision. I have 2 beautiful children that are aspiring little artist themselves, and an amazing supportive wife who’s my biggest fan.

I grew up in Sandy Ut graduating from Jordan High School in 99. I began drawing as a small child I and was encouraged by my mother and grandmother to practice art daily. In high school I honed my skills as a pencil portrait artist and focused on realism. I’ve won several art competitions. My dad owns an autobody and restoration shop in Draper Ut and at the age of 18 my dad approached me to airbrush a portrait of Audrey Hepburn on a Harley Davidson tank for a client. My dad handed me an old airbrush he had laying in the shop and he showed me the basic technique. Within a few days I presented my dad with a painting of Audrey on paper and with approval from the client we painted Audrey on the Harley tank. This marked the beginning of an artistic passion. Over the years I have participated in many airbrush workshops, both learning and teaching the craft.
