I was born in Tianjin, China and currently lives in Los Angeles. I have been influenced by Western and Eastern philosophies and meditative traditions. The visual arts have always been my passion, especially including photography and film. Phenomena may appear to be separate but are connected on deeper levels. Seeking this underlying connectedness and evoking the awareness of it is my primary motivation as a photographer.
