I see painting as a quiet dialogue between emotion and the visible world. Through subtle brushwork and layered tones, I seek to transform ordinary objects and familiar landscapes into moments of contemplation and calm.

My artistic journey began in the field of fashion design. I received formal training as a fashion designer, where I developed a strong sensitivity to color, structure, texture, and visual balance. In 2011, while living in Shanghai, I began exploring oil painting as a more personal and intuitive form of expression. Over time, painting became my primary artistic language.

Today, my practice continues to be shaped by this background in design and my lived experiences across different places. I am drawn to quiet scenes and familiar subjects, using painting as a way to slow down time and invite viewers into a gentle, reflective space.
