Truong Yen

Born and raised in Co Do Village, Hanoi—widely known as Vietnam's "Village of Painters"—I have been immersed in art since childhood. Inspired by my village's rich artistic heritage and mentored early by the renowned painter Sy Tot, I later graduated from the National University of Art Education (NUAE). Today, I work as both an art educator and a full-time painter from my studio in Co Do Village. My paintings celebrate the quiet beauty of rural Vietnam, capturing light, atmosphere, and memory through expressive color and a deep emotional connection to nature. My works are held in private collections in Vietnam and internationally.
