Vasyl Turianyn

I am a Ukrainian sculptor working primarily with metals and their diverse alloy properties. My practice explores deep existential themes, channeling complex internal states through the unique contrast of metal—a material defined by both rigid durability and remarkable plasticity.

By orchestrating dialogues between mirror-polished surfaces and raw, tactile textures, I manipulate surrounding space, deforming and reframing its reflection according to my conceptual intuition. My work transforms heavy, industrial elements into fluid, living portals that invite viewers to reflect on identity, environment, and the nature of existence.
