Derek Uhlman

I am a sculptor whose work has been collected and commissioned by Fortune 100 companies and private collectors internationally during my 45+year career. My work has been included in two exhibitions at the National Academy of Design in New York City and an enlargement of the World Food Prize commissioned by The World Food Foundation is exhibited annually at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC. I was born in Battle Creek Michigan in 1956 and now live and work in Norwalk and New Canaan Connecticut.

I apprenticed with sculptors, Ivan Biro and Reuben Nakian from 1979 through 1984.
