Ulla-Mari Lindström is a photographer, media artist, and naturalistic researcher.
She has studied photography and painting at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and at the University of Applied Arts in Helsinki.
Lindström studies nature from an artist's point of view and builds imaginary hybrids and media installations from her observations.
The artist plays with the questions: Which species will survive climate change, and which new species can be born?
