Valeria D'Agostino

Valeria D’Agostino (1986) is an Italian figurative artist based in Retorbido (Pavia).
Self-taught for many years, she began with commissioned portraiture before developing a personal artistic path focused on light, detail, and the emotional dimension of the female figure.

Her oil paintings combine technical precision with an intimate, introspective approach. Expressions, reflections, and micro-details play a fundamental role in shaping the presence and the inner atmosphere of her subjects. Symbolic elements drawn from her personal story often appear subtly within the composition.

She has taken part in competitions such as the Almenara Art Prize and the Michele Cea Award, and has collaborated with art spaces including Cristiano Art Gallery (Cassino/Milan) and Galleria degli Artisti (Milan).
She is part of the Mentore Art Gallery, opening soon in Voghera.
