Rik Verdenius

I am a dedicated painter of watercolors.My favourite subjects are ships, seascapes, landscapes and cityscapes, especially in my home town Amsterdam, Netherlands. My inspirations are the French impressionists, and current watercolor artists eg Joseph Zbukvic, Chien Chu Wei, David Taylor.

After a few years of drawing I took watercolor classes, especially with Jan Min. In recent years I did watercolor workshops with David Taylor and Herman Pekel.
