Veronika Lambert

Veronika grew up at the foothills of the European Alps - a majestic and awe-inspiring landscape of mountains, lakes and moors. Although she loves her home country, she always enjoyed travelling and experiencing other countries and cultures. In 2007 she left Germany for New Zealand, met her husband and settled on the East Coast in the small seaside town of Okitu, just outside of Gisborne.

"Gisborne, New Zealand, is the first place to see the light of the new day. I am very fortunate to live here and have this experience every morning. The Pacific and its coastline are my inspiration - I can’t help but pick up the paintbrush and lose myself recreating their ever-changing moods and impressions. "
