EXHIBITIONS
Veronika is a New Zealand landscape painter. Her atmospheric oil paintings are inspired by the amazing landscapes found in New Zealand. She lives with her husband and kids in a small seaside community on the east coast, 3 hours' drive from the closest main center. She loves the slow pace and connection within her community, and the incredible fauna and flora around her with Sea lions and penguins on the beach and nectar eating Tui and Bell birds in her garden. Living right by the beach is the best thing in her eyes and gives her ample inspiration. The Pacific Ocean and its changing moods are often the main focus of her works.
"New Zealand's Gisborne on the east coast is the first place to see the light of the new day. I am very fortunate to live here and have this experience every morning. The Pacific and its coastline are my inspiration - I can’t help but pick up the paintbrush and lose myself recreating their ever-changing moods and impressions."
