Veronica Verve

I live in Los Angeles - the City of Angels. I was born in 1977 in Salt Lake City, Utah. I began photography by documenting the dynamic art of fire performance. I sought to capture the true avant-garde culture happening in my hometown of Salt Lake City. I fell in love. My heart and soul were set aflame, captive to the flashes of whirling flames; my camera and I would never be the same.

My vision as an artist is to awaken unknown worlds to the eyes of the curious. My work is a reflection of my minds eye and the universes creation.

The aesthetic I convey in work is a woven tragic love story of the pure world; its triumphs, sorrows, adoration, and growth. My aspiration is to enlighten ones consciousness by sharing the otherworldly of our reality. Today, yesterday and tomorrow do not hold the mundane; as time proves to be an exploration of our earths thriving spirit. I am captured by desires to explore, to know the ways of many lands

As an artist and Cultural Anthropologist I have been seeking opportunities to exhibit my photography in a vivid display of colors, cultures, landscapes and narratives. I fell we no not know very much of the outside world on an intimate basis. I strive to convey vitality in my photography, to emanate verve, to build a bond of comparable or related experiences, thus strengthening ties of a conscious-interconnectedness. For what are the many treasures of the world, if they cannot be shared with others?
