Victor Geduldt

I am a self-taught artist from Bloemfontein Free State born on the 3rd of November 1972. I started experimenting with different mediums such as acrylic, oil and mixed medium. Throughout the years I have acquired photography skills to which I use the photographs as reference materials for my
paintings. My goal is to document the history, culture and events of our people in rural communities of the Free State. The concept of my paintings revolves around real people, real events and our history of the past in order to capture the present. Art should be the voice of our small communities and to facilitate this, I teach transferable artistic skills to the unemployed youth of
specific rural communities.

Highest education I have is grade 11 with no tertiary education.
