Victor Anonsen

Born a small white male in the last century. Spent the next few decades experiencing a classic Canadian life. Still a work-in-progress, which is a good thing. I prefer sports to indolence; reading to television; and, despite early indoctrination by a sin-centred, prominent religious theocracy, developed into a hopeful agnostic. Spent a small amount of time in art school but a preference for realism means I'm primarily self-taught. As it turns out, reality restricts, so now I'm "experimenting" with alternative modes of creation. Things will likely get messy. Excellent!

A BA from a reputable University followed by some time in art school. I've been in very few art shows or exhibitions, selling most of my work through word of mouth. Which means portraits, lots of portraits.
