Virginia Miner

I am an Argentine artist with 35 years of experience dedicated to the visual arts. I trained with renowned Argentine teachers in painting, drawing, and watercolor.
I completed most of my training at Margarita Traverso's workshop, along with studying under other teachers such as Gustavo Masó, Luis Álvarez, and Néstor Verón, among others.
My artistic practice focuses primarily on oil painting, working with both palette knife and brush. My work explores a wide range of subjects, including landscapes, animals, portraits, and scenes from everyday life. I also work with different techniques and media depending on the artwork and its expressive purpose.

My artistic search is centered on capturing the essence of a moment and transforming it into an experience that goes beyond what the eye can see. Through light, color, texture, and movement, I seek to evoke emotions and create a personal connection between each artwork and the viewer.

In addition to my personal work, I also accept commissioned pieces, adapting each artwork to the preferences and needs of individual collectors.

Throughout my career, I have participated in numerous group exhibitions with different art workshop groups and artistic communities throughout Argentina.

Internationally, I participated in Proyecto Arte in Montevideo, Uruguay, in August 2026.
In October and November 2026, I will be exhibiting in Milan, Turin, and La Morra, Italy, with Natural Bio Art Gallery for their Autumn Edition: Green Aura. Following that, I will be participating in the Mart exhibition in Punta del Este, Uruguay, from January 7 to 9, 2027.
