Artist from Yorkshire UK with a love for travelling and animals and the natural world.

I am a cynic and thoroughly disillusioned with the world we live in but find joy in nature and creativity.

I consider myself a left wing humanist and I am interested in art as a means of protest particularly against capitalism and the destruction of our planet.

I am very inspired by my time in Australia and New Zealand and like to show respect to other cultures in my work.

My style is varied. I love abstract works and like to experiment with texture but animals also feature heavily in my work.

I have a zoology degree. My creative qualifications are limited to art and design at GCSE but painting has always been a huge part of my life and a love passed down by my grandmother.
