As a contemporary photographer, my practice is rooted in the dialogue between the natural and human worlds.
My work is created without digital manipulation, employing a more authentic type of craftsmanship. It asks a fundamental question: “What do we see when we look?” My photographs are intended to engage the viewer as a co-conspirator in creating meaning and layers of thought and association.
I am a passionate gardener. The garden has become a central theme in my work. I view it not as a passive subject but a space where nature’s magnificence is allowed to unfold.
Born in Austria and based in rural England, my work has been published and exhibited internationally, used on national television and is held in collections around the world.
